Surrogate Testing
For those individuals who cannot visit our office in person, surrogate testing is available. We serve patients in almost every state in the country via urine specimen surrogate testing. The BIO-EVALUATION 2000TM computer program can accurately evaluate the urine specimen electromagnetically just as if you were sitting in the office personally.
We will send a specimen kit to you that includes all the required paperwork as well as leak-proof glass specimen bottles. Directions that are simple to follow are also included. Simply follow up with a call to the office for your appointment date and then FedEx your specimen and paperwork. You will receive a phone call with the evaluation results within 24-48 hours in most cases. After you have the result of your evaluation presented and questions answered, any necessary charged homeopathics and nutritional supplementation will be quickly shipped to you. Referrals to other healthcare providers may be recommended.
